CHRISTMAS WORKOUT via MICHAEL HULCHER 10 general cardiovascular warm up @ easy - moderate pace Mobility Then: 12 min AMRAP 25 cal row 25x burpees 12x weighted box step overs (2x40/25# DB) hold dumbbells in farmer position. (Step onto and over the box, both feet must be on top of the box before you step down) -rest 4 mins- 10 min AMRAP 12 cal ski 12x push ups 12x burpee box jump overs (24/20”) -rest 4 mins- 8 min AMRAP 25-12 Calories on the airdyne or assault bike and wall balls (20/14# wall ball)
