Dan has decades of top level experience behind him as a development chef with leading Companies like Charlie Bingham's and Itsu as well as a recipe consultant for multiple top level restaurants in London.

Dan has already developed our Chef Created Restaurant Meals which have gone down a storm in our stores and online as well as supplying restaurants and cafe's with the dishes, including the Royal Parks.

He is currently working on several new and exciting ranges for Parson's Nose, which we cannot wait to release to you.
