To get your tasting kit by Valentine’s Day, you’ll need to order by Feb 9th if you live in the US. For all other countries, you’ll need to order by Feb 4th.

 

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

To take the experience to another level, we suggest pairing your chocolate with wine, spirits, or cheese. Your tasting kit includes a complete pairing guide with a list of recommendations. Here are a few of our favorites.


Whisky

Most good bottles of whisky pair well with most editions of To’ak chocolate. Here are a couple at the top of our list.


Irish: Bushmills and Tullamore Dew are excellent and economical. Redbreast is even better.


Scotch (Speyside): Aberlour, Glenrothes, Macallan, and Glenfarclas are all delightful.


American Rye: Russell's Reserve 6-Year, High West Double Rye, Michter’s Single Barrel Straight Rye.

Dessert Wine

If you want to pair wine with chocolate, sweet fortified wines and sweet dessert wines are your best options. Sweetness is the key. Avoid anything dry.


Port: Ruby, Reserve, Tawny, and Colheita styles can all pair quite nicely with dark chocolate.


Sauternes: Nectar from the gods. Serve slightly chilled, but not too cold—lest you subdue the flavors of our chocolate.


Moscato d'Asti: In the realm of sweet sparkling wines, this is among the world’s best.
