Green is having a moment, for a lot of guys it’s a new colour they might not have thought of for their wardrobe.

We’ve been trying to push green for a few years now and it was always a big fail (so much so that I declared that I would never buy green again!) but I think the issue was that brands went too bright in showing green.  If you’re going to add it into your wardrobe it needs to be more of a military green instead of a bright Masters green.

This season, I think we’ve got it right. We’ve got the three essential green items you need to add some green for the season.

Guys are always saying that they have too blue in their wardrobe, but really what were your options? It’s black, grey and the odd bright colour (because really, beige is not an option) so that’s why green is so great!

The other great green item to add to your wardrobe is a green blazer, again not a Master green but more of an olive green.

We love a green blazer worn with a garment washed white or blue shirt (not office starchy) or my favourite, a denim shirt - they both help give a casual but elegant style.

The other essential item is an olive green jacket, choose a military style or a bomber flight jacket either one give you some swagger style. And don't forget camo is always your best friend!
